Session 2:

Get Balanced this Fall! Learn how to get centered in order to pursue a life of your dreams!

Are you the girl that wakes up after hitting snooze 5 times, throws on her clothes, does her makeup on the subway, and runs to work, coffee in hand?

Living in NYC is anything but relaxing, making it not so easy to stay balanced from day to day. How are you suppose to work from 9 -5, go to the gym, cook dinner, make it to your besties birthday party, walk the dog and still have time to even think about a moment to focus on you and your dreams?

Join us for an interactive workshop providing practical tools and practices to help you get centered and become more successful in pursuing your passions. We'll dig into what's working and what's not, and share best practices so you leave more enriched with new ways to approach your everyday challenges.
